Coaching

I work with 20-somethings to help them discover their passion, achieve goals, and get clear on what they want out of life.

Are You...

- At a transition or crossroads in your life and are pondering the next move?
- Wanting more out of life but lack clarity and purpose?
- Feeling disorganized and wished things were in order?

Me in ten seconds

I live in Saigon and work full-time as a college admissions counselor at Everest Education.I also coach 20 somethings on habit building, goal setting, and living an intentional life.I love challenging myself. I’ve written an essay every day for 30 days (3x), recorded a personal podcast every day for 30 days, and have eaten enough banh mi in a month, for a whole year.I've taught over a hundred students from G2-G12 on Math and English in just 2 years, and worked in 3 different countries as a leadership facilitator and event organizer. When I'm not being silly, I'm writing a weekly newsletter, worshipping my Notion system, and playing with the coolest doggo ever.Sounds great right?
But it wasn't always this way

My Story

I always knew in my heart I would do something to help others break free from their own inner critic because I struggled deeply with my own at a young age."He's so weird..." "No one wants to be friends with him..." "Can't he just go away?" "He's such a loser."👉**I was bullied as kid and it almost ruined my life. **

The impact of the daily insults, beatings, and exclusion made me shrink into a person that never felt comfortable in their own skin. 😔

"I decided to pursue a career helping others bring their dreams to life– and I haven't looked back since."

It can be difficult to thrive and succeed when the voice that is suppose to build you up is always tearing you down.💔
It wasn't until my English teacher in 7th grade, Mrs. Cruz, sat us down and gave us a lesson on her favorite word.
She told us,

"It doesn't matter where you are, what you've done, or what has happened in your life. You can always change your circumstances."

That word: change.

From then on, I became OBSESSED with one thing only: Growth. 🌱It didn't matter what I did, or what others thought of me, as long as I knew I was growing.
That one talk gave me the vision🔍 and spark that I desperately needed to change my situation and become the person I always wanted to be.
Ever since that one fateful day... I took on everything that life had to offer. 🎟️I've traveled and lived in multiple cities across the world.
I've made some of the most meaningful and amazing friends from every culture possible👋 . I've performed on Vietnamese TV 📺, climbed Japan's tallest mountain 🗻(and almost died), and secured a job at my dream start-up to name a few.
It didn't matter what I did, or what others thought of me, as long as I knew I was growing.

My point is, it's not always rainbows and butterflies just because of what you see on people's feed. ✨I was lost, scared😱, and felt like I had no other choice in the world but to hide behind the screen where others couldn't judge me.I didn't know anything about living in another country until I met my mentor.
I didn't know anything about change until I met my English teacher.
I didn't know anything about myself until I started focusing on growth.
It all started with building up that confidence years ago to take the leap and meeting the right people along the way.Change never comes overnight. It took YEARS before I could even fathomed chasing my dream of living abroad.✈️But if it's one thing I know, if it wasn't for those interactions I had along the way, I would've never had the spark to chase my dreams. That's why I'm called the Spark Coach⚡ .I live to help individuals who want to change, grow, and experience their life to the fullest. All it takes is one spark!
